Poplar HARCA has led and funded a third of the project, partnered by Langdon Park School, The Tower Project, Poplar Boys & Girls Club and Tower Hamlets Council. If it wasn’t for their support and the backing of our funders; the Department for Education (the Big Lottery/myplace programme), the Mayor of London, East End Community Foundation, Land Aid, Tesco Charitable Foundation, Canary Wharf Group, British Land Company, the Tower Project and the Tower Hamlets Youth Opportunity Fund, none of this would be possible.
Spotlight wouldn’t be here without the £7.5million it’s taken to build it. We owe a massive thank you to all those who have given us the money to build it – from the multi-million pound grants for the construction, the tens of thousands given to get the best kit right through to those who provided a few pounds of sponsorship when we were running round the local park or abseiling off tall buildings to raise money. Without this, we wouldn’t be able to open our doors and deliver the most inspiring opportunities possible for young people. Your contribution has made Spotlight – thank you.
Young people aged 11 - 19 years old (up to 25 SEND) get a free lunch from us every day this Summer.
Spotlight x THEWS saw over 120 young people from Tower Hamlets in attendance.
On Thursday the 14th of July, If you’re aged 11-19 (or up to 25 with SEND) we are thrilled to invite you along to this major celebration of everything good that’s happening in Tower Hamlets within mental health
